Changes to end-of-course student feedback surveys

A message from Andrew Szeri, Provost and Vice-President, Academic, UBC Vancouver; and Ananya Mukherjee Reed, Provost and Vice-President, Academic, UBC Okanagan Based on recommendations endorsed by the UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan Senates, UBC is implementing changes to the questions posed in the Student Experience of Instruction (SEI) surveys (i.e., end-of-course student  feedback  surveys, formerly named Student Evaluation of Teaching).

If you are a UBC leader looking to create or maintain a healthy work environment, there are a number of tools and resources available to help you prioritize your mental health and the mental health of your team. Anti-racism initiatives receive funding

A message from Ananya Mukherjee Reed, Provost and Vice-President, Academic, UBC Okanagan This year UBC established an Anti-Racism Initiatives Fund to support projects that celebrate and elevate diverse communities and advance anti-racism efforts at UBC. An annual allocation of $100,000 is available at UBC Okanagan. I am pleased to announce seven recently funded proposals on our campus.
