Equipping the next generation for sipping

Help us engage faculty and staff in the 2021 Workplace Experiences Survey

On November 1, UBC will open the 2021 Workplace Experiences Survey, which provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to share feedback on their experience of working at UBC. A UBC Broadcast will be issued on that date with more information about the survey and its role in informing decisions at UBC. Following the UBC Broadcast, faculty and staff will receive their unique survey link directly from our survey consultant TalentMap.

Research in focus: Tamara Cohen

Tamara is a professor in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems, and her research involves understanding how people can better adhere to eating patterns that improve their overall health and mental wellbeing.

Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. As one of our campus’ signature events, the DSS highlights today’s most forward-thinking speakers and brings important and challenging conversations to our community. Flu immunization clinics available at UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan this fall

As influenza (flu) season approaches, protect yourself by taking the flu vaccine. Submit your proposal for the 2021 Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions funding to address climate change

The Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions (PICS) is a research and engagement network across four collaborating research universities – University of British Columbia, University of Victoria, Simon Fraser University, and University of Northern British Columbia. PICS supports the cogeneration of climate solutions research that can be actively used by decision-makers to develop effective mitigation and adaptation policies and actions in BC and beyond.
